We offer a full refund if you, the client, are not satisfied with the work being done for you through the time design concepts and initial work is presented to you. 
If you are not satisfied with our initial design work, or the direction we are going in, or for any other reason, you are entitled for a full refund.
This time period is limited to 15 days or when initial design concepts and planning are presented to you, whichever comes first, for obvious reasons. After design concepts are presented to you if you wish to cancel your project, you’ll be responsible for actual work performed to that date.
Terms & Conditions:
- Digital marketing and website development refunds are not allowed once the design and subsequent work has been published to your domain.
- A full refund must be requested within 15 calendar days from date of original hire and first payment made (up through the design concept phase).
- Refunds are not relevant to custom “one off” or single time work, such as writing content, supplying SEO to an older site created by another party, creating custom software, and similar efforts.
- Consultation refunds may only be applied to the initial first session. Future efforts can be cancelled or stopped at any time with 30 day written notice required with prepaid consultation packages.
